Whether it’s a small, on-site system or a large enterprise installation, ComSource’s innovative solutions create highly connected teams that are empowered with the information they need in the moments that matter most.
In 2016, ComSource, Inc. became a certified WBENC woman-owned business. We are very proud of our woman-owned status since ComSource, Inc. exists in the male- dominated telecommunications industry. As a certified woman-owned business, we are now able to set ourselves apart from our competition to fulfil the needs of companies looking for diverse suppliers.
ComSource, Inc was formed in 1995 when Motorola expressed an interest in selling some of their service facilities. ComSource is a product of the combination of Motorola's North Metro Service Center with Portable Communication, Inc (PCI). For over 15 years, North Metro Service center was a service only facility providing quality service in the Detroit metropolitan area. PCI was a premier Motorola two-way radio dealership serving the same marketplace for over a decade.
With the exception of one, all of the employees from both organizations were retained in the transition. This provided the new organization an instant pool of seasoned workers well versed in the two-way radio industry. Many of our technicians have over 20 years of service in the two-way radio industry. These workers are dedicated to high quality, professional work with the goal of total customer satisfaction.
