ComSource Inc. is pleased to provide maintenance pricing on Motorola subscribers

ComSource responsibilities: The standard package includes the following:

• First (1st) echelon service. The complaint is verified and minor repairs are attempted before going through the repair process for internal repairs.
• During the repair process, the unit is repaired, and fully bench tested to meet Motorola specifications.
• If required, the unit is programmed with a customer supplied image for that serial number.
• Unit is shipped back to the customer.

Customer responsibilities:

• Customer to ship unit to ComSource for repair.
• Customer to supply programming images (templates) to ComSource for re-programming when required.
• When shipping a mobile it must include the control head.

Exceptions:

• If a unit arrives at ComSource and there is evidence of physical abuse, liquid damage, etc., this is not considered 'normal wear and tear' and the repair will be quoted to the customer. There is no charge to contract customers when the quotation is denied.

• Portables:
  • Does not include portable chargers, batteries, clips, and antennas.
  • Does not include ruggedized equipment.
  • Does not include encryption and analog voice secure boards.
• Mobiles:
  • Does not include vehicle cabling, antennas, microphones.
  • Does not include encryption and analog voice secure boards.

Additional features:

• Pickup and Drop-off can be quoted for mobiles and portables.
• Complete field service can be quoted for mobile units which would include complete troubleshooting of the radio and all associated components, i.e. microphones, antennas, cabling, etc.
