ComSource management consists entirely of experienced two-way radio people. Our management staff is very involved in the day-to-day operations, and each has over 20 years experience in this industry. Goals for customer satisfaction, short repair cycle times, and high quality service are woven into the culture here at ComSource, Inc.
As an owner of ComSource, Inc., Mr. Jackson’s current responsibilities include the design and implementation of all major communication systems, investigation and acquisition of new technologies to support customer’s needs. Mr. Jackson is responsible for implementing FCC regulatory strategies for ComSource and their customers. He is also responsible for business development and strategic planning of the company.

Mr. Jackson was the leading force behind the implementation of a wide area radio system (LTR) owned and operated by ComSource Inc. The LTR Trunked system supports more than 1000 radios.
Mr. Jackson began his career at Detroit Edison in 1978 working in Telecommunication Systems. Responsibilities included project engineering of voice and radio communication systems for the entire company. The last project included the replacement of the telephone system at all company locations.
Mr. Jackson has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. |

Melody Jackson, Vice President |
Melody Jackson, owner and Vice President, is responsible for the day to day
operation of ComSource, Inc. Her duties include the finance, human resource, benefit administration and marketing functions. Mrs. Jackson was a founder of P.C.I., Portable Communication Inc., the original two-way radio sales organization that merged with Motorola (North Metro Service Center) to form ComSource, Inc. in 1995. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Central Michigan University and brings five years banking experience to the two-way industry. |
